Morning meditation

As always, when people get to know each other and the conference is going to end, conversations at the breakfast table take some longer… Today will be a day with a lot of different things and topics.

And now we start with a little meditation…

closing your eyes or let them rest on some point…
take some minutes to explore how your body is feeling…
notice the sensations…
witness your thoughts, and let them go by as clouds in the blue sky…
notice your feelings, you don’t have to change anything…
can you feel the presence of the people around you?

Let the question work in you: What is important to you today?

Our questions for the next two rounds:
What did really moved you? What was most meaningful for you yesterday (and why)?
What will you you now do differently?
