WORLD CAFE COMMUNITY AND FOUNDATION NEWS

Tom Hurley of the World Café Community Foundation has created an Overview and Invitation document (pdf:2.9M) to assist in finding resourcing partners for the ongoing co-evolution of the World Café. You're welcome to view it online using Yudu, a great online publishing tool recommended by our dear GiGi and Palomilla sisters, Fernanda Iberra.

Fielding Graduate University's Institute for Social Innovation Announces a Groundbreaking Research Partnership with the World Café. We had our first meeting in Anaheim, California in April 2008 and a number of key research projects were launched. Explore the research wiki for more of the story. Another meeting focused on the intellectual capital of the World Café was held in Santa Barbaram CA on September 08.

World CafÉ Book News...

Translations of the World Café book are currently in progress in Russian, mainland Chinese and Thailand, and there are nibbles in France, Italy, and the Netherlands! Stay tuned for publication dates and opportunities to help host the new arrivals into your community.

Multimedia

The World Café has created a group on Second Life to steward our conversational space on Info Island International, and there are regular meetings scheduled on Wednesdays from 9-10:30 am PST (whichis also Second Life's Linden Time).
